Salesforce is the world’s leading CRM company and one of the top cloud computing solution creators for businesses. During my summer internship in their Madrid office in 2017, I was able to get in-depth knowledge of the potential of IoT, machine learning or artificial intelligence in the world of business.
I provided support to the Account Executive team in the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) with project contract creation, performance assessment and organizational mapping in a highly demanding B2B environment.
My role required constant logistics collaboration with the Solutions Engineering (SE) team and Business Value Sharing (BVS) in the intermediate stages of the sales funnel
This experience was very enriching to understand the importance of a good value proposition for success and the need for business to adopt globally a more consumer-centric approach.
